This policy explains our processing times, delivery options, costs and other important shipping information.
1) Order processing

Processing time: Orders are usually processed within [1–2] working days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).

Cut-off time: Orders placed after [2:00 pm UK time] are processed the next working day.

Pre-orders / backorders: If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
2) Delivery options & timeframes
United Kingdom

Standard: [Every order] — [2–4] working days after dispatch.

Express / Next Working Day: [Every Order] — order by [2:00 pm]. Delivered next working day after dispatch.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched. Remote areas and peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, December) may take longer.
3) Carriers & tracking
We ship with [Royal Mail / DPD / DHL / Evri / UPS] (varies by destination and service).

You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link where available.

Multiple items may ship in separate parcels with separate tracking.
4) Address changes
We can amend the delivery address before dispatch. After dispatch, changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at info@monauxfashion.com with your order number.
5) Delivery attempts & collection
If you are not available, the carrier may:

attempt delivery again;
-
leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour (if allowed); or
-
take it to a local collection point.
Uncollected parcels are returned to us after the carrier’s holding period. See Section 9 for undeliverable parcels.
6) Duties, taxes & customs (international)
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your local customs authority upon arrival.

These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

We cannot control or predict these fees.

If customs duties are unpaid and the parcel is returned, see Section 9.
(If you use IOSS or DDP for EU orders, state it here and explain what the customer can expect.)
7) PO Boxes & restricted addresses

PO Boxes / BFPO / Parcel Lockers: Gasthuisstraat 36, 4201JR, Gorinchem, Netherlands

Hotels / temporary addresses: shipped at customer’s risk; ensure accurate details.
8) Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

Delayed: A parcel is considered delayed if it has not arrived [10 working days UK / 20 working days international] after the estimated delivery date. Contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

Lost: If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend or refund your order.

Damaged on arrival: Please contact us within [48 hours] with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist.
9) Undeliverable / returned-to-sender parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs duties:

We will refund the item price minus original shipping (and any return shipping or customs charges we incur), unless the return is due to our error.

We can reship on request; additional postage will apply.
10) Split shipments & stock availability
To get your items to you faster, we may ship from multiple locations or split your order. You’ll receive separate tracking for each shipment.
11) Holidays & peak periods
During peak times (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Week, Christmas) and UK bank holidays, processing and delivery may take longer. We recommend ordering early.
