Monaux Fashion — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how to return items and receive a refund or exchange.
1) Your right to cancel (online orders)
If you are a consumer in the UK and bought online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

We will refund the product price (and the standard delivery cost, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of posting.
2) Our standard returns window
Outside the statutory right to cancel, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.
3) Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unused, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them;

with all tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable);

accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

underwear, swimwear, earrings, and face coverings;
-
gift cards
-
personalised or made-to-order items;
unless they are faulty.
4) Faulty or misdescribed items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We’ll cover reasonable return postage for confirmed faults.
5) How to return

Submit a return request: Email info@monauxfashion.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

Pack securely: Include your order confirmation in the parcel.

UK: use a tracked service; keep your receipt/proof of postage.

International: mark the parcel “Returned goods” to avoid customs charges.
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return postage is your responsibility.

6) Exchanges
Want a different size/colour? Email info@monauxfashion.com. We’ll confirm stock and either (a) reserve the replacement upon receipt of your return or (b) ask you to place a new order and refund the original once received.
7) Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

We aim to process within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.

Bank processing times vary; please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear.

Original delivery costs are refunded when you cancel under your statutory rights or when we made an error; otherwise they are non-refundable.

If items show signs of wear or are returned outside the policy, we may refuse or issue a partial refund.
8) Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once processed. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
9) Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your card issuer or payment provider.
