We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags still attached
  • Not a final sale or marked-down item (unless faulty)

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@monauxfashion.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sjorsharder@monauxfashion.uk with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement.
