1. Where We Ship From
All Monaux Fashion products are sourced and dispatched from our fulfilment partners based in China. Orders are processed and shipped directly to your address internationally.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Please allow time for both order processing and international transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays.

3. UK → EU (Post-Brexit Note)
For customers ordering from the EU, please note that our orders ship directly from China, so Brexit-related UK–EU import rules do not apply to your purchase. Your order will be subject to standard international customs procedures upon arrival in your country.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
6. Delays
International shipping occasionally experiences delays due to high shipping volumes, customs inspections, or weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@monauxfashion.uk and we will investigate promptly.
7. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.
